Clarion TMS

The platform

Everything your fleet runs on, in one place.

Clarion TMS plans your routes, tells your warehouse how to load, tracks every vehicle live, and puts a cost against every stop — all from one dashboard your whole team can use.

One system

Plan it, load it, track it, cost it — without switching tools.

The route, the load, the live map and the numbers all come from the same system. What dispatch plans is exactly what the warehouse packs and the driver delivers — and what it cost you is worked out from the same figures that planned it.

Route planning

Routes built for real roads

Every route is planned around real loads, real hills and real delivery windows.

Load planning

Loading without the guesswork

Exact loading instructions per vehicle, so drivers never dig for a parcel.

Live tracking

The whole fleet on one map

Every vehicle live, even where the signal drops out.

Job costing

A cost on every stop

What each delivery takes to serve, sitting next to what it earns you.

01Route planning

Routing that thinks about the road

The shortest route on the map isn't always the cheapest one on the road. Clarion plans around what actually costs you money: the weight on the truck, the hills on the route, and the time window at every stop.

Fuel-smart sequencing

Heavy deliveries are scheduled before the steep climbs, so your trucks never haul a full load up a hill they didn't need to.

Weight that drops as you go

A truck gets lighter at every drop. Clarion plans around the weight it will actually be carrying on each leg, not the weight it left the yard with.

Delivery windows that hold

Routes are built around each customer's window from the start, not patched together after.

One click to plan the day

Dispatch selects the day's deliveries, clicks optimise, and every driver gets their run in minutes.

02Load planning

Loading that matches the route

A perfect route falls apart if the truck is packed wrong. Clarion tells your warehouse exactly how to stack each vehicle so the next delivery is always at the door.

Reverse-order loading

The last delivery goes in first. Drivers open the door and the right parcel is right there.

Fits before it ships

Clarion checks that everything actually fits in the vehicle before the route is finalised. No surprises at the dock.

Nothing gets climbed over

Loading in delivery order means drivers never shift or clamber over someone else's cargo to reach the front of the load. Less damage, fewer claims.

Less time per stop

No searching, no unpacking half the load on the pavement. Stops take minutes, not quarter-hours.

03Live tracking

Tracking your dispatcher can trust

See every vehicle, every stop and every delay on one live map — and keep seeing them when the route goes through a dead zone.

Live map for the whole fleet

Position, speed, next stop and ETA for every vehicle at a glance.

Dead zones covered

When a vehicle loses signal, its data is stored on board and sent through the moment coverage returns. No blank gaps in the day.

Arrivals log themselves

The app records arrival and departure at each stop from the vehicle's own position. Nothing for the driver to remember, no times filled in from memory at the end of the day.

Proof of delivery

Photos, signatures and timestamps captured at the door and saved against every delivery.

04Job costing

Know what every stop actually costs

To plan a route, Clarion already works out the fuel it takes to carry a given weight to a given address. That figure is a cost — so it goes on the stop. A route stops being a line on a map and becomes a list of jobs with numbers next to them.

A cost against every delivery

Fuel, distance and time for each stop on the run, worked out from the load it was carrying and the road it took to get there.

Customers you can rank

Add up a month of stops per account and the pattern surfaces: which customers pay for the distance they take, and which quietly don't.

Quote with the cost in front of you

When an ad-hoc job comes in, Clarion prices the extra distance and weight before you commit — including whether a vehicle is already passing that way tomorrow.

05Dispatch

A second pair of eyes on the day

Most of a dispatcher's job is noticing things. Clarion watches the plan against what is actually happening and speaks up when it matters — not every time a vehicle turns a corner.

Alerts with the slack worked out

A vehicle off-route is not automatically a problem. Clarion checks the day's remaining delivery windows first, and flags the detours that genuinely put one at risk.

When a vehicle goes down

A breakdown arrives with options attached: which nearby vehicles have the space, the weight allowance and the hours left to pick up the load.

The plan next to the day

Planned route against the route driven, planned fuel against the fuel used. Clarion puts both in front of you and leaves the conclusion to you.

Getting started

Works with what you have.

Nothing to install

Dispatch runs in the browser. Your team can be planning routes the day you sign up.

Drivers use their own phones

A simple app shows each driver their day in order. If they can use WhatsApp, they can use Clarion.

Telemetry add-on

Plug our device into each vehicle and real fuel, terrain and driving data flows straight back into route planning — and into what each stop is costing you.

Connects to your systems

On the Clarion Fleet plan, Clarion syncs with the back-office systems you already run.
